Jade will talk about the work she has been doing with Dr. Rasmus Nielsen, Center for Theoretical Evolutionary Genomics at UC Berkeley.  The presentation will have an emphasis on the methods and software, and it will include some results on the Australian project that some of her colleagues at BiRC are also involved in.
