BiRC Christmas tradition: Gløgg and æbleskiver

It has been a tradition (before covid-19) that we all meet one of the last days before the Christmas vacation to wish each other a Merry Christmas and to get into the Christmas spirit with gløgg and æbleskiver (~ mulled wine and baked round cakes of pancake dough for those not familiar with the Danish Christmas dish ;-) )
