Dear BiRCs,

We hope that you will all join us for our Christmas Lunch 2019 on Friday the 6^th of December:)

Sign up by writing your name on the list in the lunch room (on the fridge) together with the type of food you want to bring.

Bring food for approx. 5 persons. The food is divided in different categories (Starters, Meat, Vegetarian, Side dishes, Dessert/Cake etc.), and the faster you are, the more options you'll have. (If you are not at BiRC these days, you can mail Ellen, specifying what you would like to bring).

We highly encourage you to bring something specific to your own country, so we can enjoy both the Danish traditional Christmas food, but also experience a wide variety of international food.

Please sign up no later than Wednesday the 27^th of November

and remember to bring drinks for yourself and two small gifts for the gift game (~20 - 25 DKK in total). One of the gifts should be something you can wear.

The event starts at 17.30 and the lunch starts around 18.30, but feel free to come earlier to help us make Christmas decorations for the room!
