My research focuses on affective states in farm animals, feeding-related management, and the green transition in livestock systems, bridging animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and technological innovation. I conduct interdisciplinary research using sensor-based behavioural and physiological measures, aiming to refine our understanding of how animals emotionally experience routine practices such as weaning, drying-off, or methane-mitigating feeding management (additives, grazing).
