I work in translational bladder cancer research with a particular focus on the biological understanding of bladder cancer and the identification of molecular biomarkers to predict disease aggressiveness and treatment response. I have a background within molecular medicine with expertise in cancer bioinformatics extensive experience in genomic and transcriptomic characterization of tumors and circulating tumor DNA analyses.
As a postdoctoral researcher, I primarily work with data analysis and interpretation, as well as dissemination. I am involved in international projects (EU-funded UROMOL and MULTIR) and industry collaborations. In addition, I supervise students and manage patient databases.
