I am working on projects related to analytical, nutritional and health aspects of carbohydrates and phytochemicals.
My kompetences include development of analytical methods for the determination of carbohydrates in feeds, foods and digesta materials, characterisation of carbohydrates in feedstuffs, nutritional and physiological properties of carbohydrates for non-ruminant species, and the role of carbohydrates in prevention of digestive disturbances of pigs.
