As a clinical bioinformatician, I work in cancer genomics, molecular diagnostics, and precision oncology. I analyse and interpret genomic data across cancer types, with a focus on translating complex molecular data into clinically relevant insights. My background includes bioinformatics, cancer genomics, next-generation sequencing, and genomic profiling. I develop bioinformatic strategies, support clinical research, and contribute to biomarker discovery.
My primary area of responsibility is the bioinformatic analysis and interpretation of genomic data across a range of cancer types and clinical research projects, including next-generation sequencing, variant analysis, genomic profiling, biomarker identification, and analysis of patient-derived organoid and drug screening data. I also contribute to the development and implementation of analytical workflows, data integration, and the interpretation and reporting of genomic results to support clinical research and precision oncology.
