BiRCs task force har til formål at hjælpe forskere på universitetet og virksomheder med bioinformatisk konsulent arbejde såsom:

• automatiseret blast mod det humane genom eller egne sekvensbiblioteker og skræddersyet blast analyse
• automatiseret data formattering og filtrering
• visualisering af resultater (for eksempel i genom browsere)
• simple statistiske analyser af data
• større computer analyser af data

Vores hjælp afhænger af hvor meget tid vi har i forhold til projektets forventede omfang, og derfor udvikler de fleste projekter sig til små samarbejdsprojekter. Hvis du har et projekt og gerne vil have noget hjælp fra os, så send en email:
